First day in Kuala Belait.

Ah. It has been a long tiring journey from Bandar Seri Begawan to Kuala Belait. We are currently staying at Jalan Perdana Wazir at Bahrin's dad's apartment.

The verandah.

The corridor outside.

The dining room.

(L - R: Acoi, Fathul)
The kitchen.

Corridor to the bedroom and bathroom.

We even made pit stops to various places. The first stop was at Warung Nasi Katok, Jerudong to get some grub.

After that, we continued our journey. Due to Memet's van overheat warning, we had to stop at Pantai Seri Kenangan, Tutong to cool down and also to enjoy the cool breeze.

After a 15-minute break, we then headed straight for Kuala Belait. Before we did reach into the city, we made a pit stop again at Anduki Recreation Park. They held some kind of 'Family Day' there but we didn't bother. We even wrote our initials on the wooden planks of the hut--using a marker pen. HEHEHE! After visiting the recreation park, we decided to really go to the apartment but since Fathul didn't know the way and Bahrin wasn't with us, he had to let Afiq do it because.. Well, obviously Bahrin was in the van with him. When we arrived at the place, we started to unload our luggages and walked all the way up to the top floor which is only 3 stories high? The apartment looks old but the inside is not too shabby. We cleaned the place up a bit like removing two unused beds from this empty room I'm in and eventually, Fathul mopped the floors. We had a meeting after that to buy groceries from the supermarket not far from here. Since Fathul was in-charge, five dollars were collected from each of us.

I had trouble pushing the trolley around in the supermarket earlier. You know I had to drag/carry the trolley instead of pushing/pulling it. The lane was very narrow! Memet pushed the first few metres but ended up dragging a stool with him!

After buying the groceries, we headed home. Well, we didn't actually head STRAIGHT home because we forgot the road back and got lost along the way. We tried looking for our marked points like the football field, the gas station, the market etc. Finally, we got home safely and now, they're having a Counter Strike match with the Kuala Belait people. I have no idea who though. Now, it's just me, Fathul, Geez, Acoi, Irwan and our very own sleepyhead, Dindin. HEHEHE!

For those whom I chatted to in MSN earlier; I'm sorry if I didn't reply you or got disconnected suddenly. The reception here is kind of.. crappy so yeah. But hey, first day in Kuala Belait isn't so bad after all! ;)

Bad day for the Blues.

I am in frustration because Chelsea lost to the team which is currently in the third place on the table, Manchester City; one of their rivals. It was clear that Manchester City got lucky. Chelsea repeatedly got counter-attacked by Manchester City's Carlos Tevez and Emmanuel Adebayor. Ashley Cole and Anderson Deco got yellow cards at the same time! Man.. :(

Chelsea FC 1 - 2 Manchester City

But not to worry. Chelsea is still on the top of the table.

As Billah would say.. an awkward reunion?

Today's second ex-6Y reunion was awesome! I seriously enjoyed it. It was nice seeing my old classmates although not all of us came. Aqilah changed ALOT! Even Nurbillah. And not forgetting to mention, SHE WAS LATE TOO! 0:) HEHEHE. Oh! I just remembered that Shim Sho Tzin was in the same school as Rawiza and knew that they were in the same class. Well, he said only for several subjects.

We ate at Cheezbox. Eight of us shared two pans of pizzas and each one of us only had to chip in $2.00! After that, we had our group photo on the stairs of Rizqun Hotel. (The picture hasn't been uploaded yet). Slowly each of us went home. I'm guessing the last ones to go home were.. me, Haafiz and Fikri? Hahaha. Thank you so much for those who came! We'll have this reunion again next year.. BUT WAY AWESOME-R THAN THIS ONE! :D

A night in Plaza Hotel, Kiulap.

Thank goodness there's a wireless connection here just right above us! I'm smelling the disgusting scent of hair dye now because my friend, Zai is having his hair dyed brown by Hakim Rastamann. Memet, Ben and Aqel are watching Counter Strike demos in Memet's laptop. Fathul is sitting quietly while watching Manchester United going against West Ham United. The other guys are in the other side of the room God knows doing what. I thought we're leaving for Kuala Belait on Monday but plans have changed since we already have two vans. We're checking out at 12 o'clock sharp tomorrow and will immediately head straight for Kuala Belait. I may be following Memet's van or maybe Acoi's, either one. As long as it's.. I'd better not say it. 0:) HEHEHE!

I hope there's a strong connection in Kuala Belait. :/

Don't be afraid. Just say it, please.

Turn out the lights.

HELLO! I didn't do much today. Garage sale was okay although I didn't accompany them downstairs. I only gained $7. Not as good as last week's. == But hey, $7 IS something already. Afiq came over and chilled for awhile. But then he had to go to Zai's place to hand over his deposit to Fathul. I wanted to come with but I was too tired. After they left, I laid quietly on the bed, listening to The Bravery's new album 'Stir The Blood' while playing this online game in my mobile phone. Don't ask what. If you're probably thinking you know what, just.. keep quiet! 0:) Oh! Speaking of The Bravery's new album, you should totally check it out! ★★★★★

Sleeping mostly took up most of my time. I woke up around 7 earlier and found the room dark and all I heard was an indistinct sound from a song. My legs were sweaty and I felt uncomfortable. I called out Fikri's name lots of time but he didn't listen. I realized that 'indistinct sound' came from his headphones. I know. He listens to LOUD MUSIC. I then threw a pillow right at him and he quickly turned around! I tiredly asked him what happened to the power. He told me the power was shut down for a time because.. he kind of mingled with the electric socket. Way to go, my friend!

My throat hurts. Thanks to Fikri for that because he asked me to sing Aduh Tsumawi by Amuk. ==" Believe me--you DON'T want to hear me sing THAT song!

Be my escape - Relient K.

I’ve given up on giving up slowly. I’m blending in so you won’t even know me apart from this whole world that shares my fate. This one last bullet you mention is my one last shot at redemption because I know to live you must give your life away. I’ve been housing all this doubt and insecurity and I’ve been locked inside that house all the while you hold the key. I’ve been dying to get out and that might be the death of me and even though, there’s no way in knowing where to go, promise I’m going because I gotta get outta here. I’m stuck inside this rut that I fell into by mistake. I’m begging you to be my escape. I’m giving up on doing this alone now 'cause I’ve failed and I’m ready to be shown how he’s told me the way and I’m trying to get there and this life sentence that I’m serving. I admit that I’m every bit deserving but the beauty of grace is that it makes life not fair. I am a hostage to my own humanity. Self-detained and forced to live in this mess I’ve made and all I’m asking is for you to do what you can with me but I can’t ask you to give what you already gave.

Meeting is adjourned.

I just got back from a meeting about the road trip to Kuala Belait at Bahrin's place. Now that everything is settled and each and everyone has a task to carry out during the one week stay, there's nothing to worry about. HEHEHE! Tomorrow, Afiq will be accompanying me in my garage sale that my mom is holding after Juma'at prayer. Whereas on Saturday, we'll be checking in at Grand City Hotel, Gadong with the rest of the guys. (eX! and HPIGO).

We'll be leaving for Kuala Belait around 5 in the morning. I still owe Fathul $30 for the deposit. Remind me!

Da be dee, da bee dai.

I spent the last 2 hours editing my soccer team's blog, Cobra F.C. HEHEHE! AND I'M SO PROUD OF IT! Okay. First, it didn't have a post title but I made some changes in the HTML section and VOILA! Post titles appear! I even added links of Brunei's very own soccer club supporters page! (Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal) :D It was worth it. It was VERY worth it.

I think we do.

You know, what I said actually didn't turn out right. The internet wasn't going well. After 10 minutes or so, it started again. So I kind of spent my time on the desktop for a couple of hours. I remembered logging off the computer around.. 3? 4? == I think it's time that we need a new modem/router.

Please don't tell me that I'm dreaming.

I've just finished fixing my wireless connection and it's doing great so far. No local changes, no disconnections. I'm proud and it feels good! I even fixed my step-dad's wireless connection.

Anyways, I was at Bahrin's around 4 o'clock today to get my hair highlighted brown by Fathul. The result turned out pretty nice! Hazwan, Hakim Rastamann, Haji Aizuddin and Fikri also did. Fathul does know his style! I'm impressed! After that, I watched a few episodes of the television series, Chuck. It's alright. But the thing is, I jumped straight to season 2! == I think I'll.. download 'em. :)

4 more days to KB!
