F I R E works.

Fathul and Malai brought me out yesterday. We went to Gadong before, but there's not much to talk about anyway. During the night, we went to the waterfront in Bandar that Harith and Muhyi had been talking about in the evening. The place was crowded! Parkings were all full except for narrow spaces - unless you want to squeeze in and block other cars from getting out. For us, we parked at the Metro parking just in front of the cemetery. The entrance and exit was smooth. We picked up a spot just near by the roadside. When the fireworks started, people started to take out their mobile phones to video record, cameras to snap shots while others just enjoyed the beautiful night with their families and friends gazing above. I video recorded the fireworks! And.. I actually have no idea why though, but oh well.

(I wish I had a better camera, but I think these are good enough.)

After it was over, we went to Kiulap to meet up with Fikri and Nieza. They had a mini belated dinner party to attend. I don't know - for one of Nieza's friends, I think. Fikri joined us and we decided to go Gadong with Nieza when Fikri saw another set of fireworks while stopping at a traffic. We cancelled our plan to go Gadong and went back to Bandar instead. Traffic was heavy. In the end, we went round and round. I also don't know why we did, but it was fun!

They're sleeping over and we're staying up to watch Manchester United's match against FC Barcelona. I can't wait to watch it! (Better make use of the Astro in my room while it is still there!) Hehehe! May the best team win! Go United.. I mean, Barcelona! :3

Bad morning.

I got off to an unfortunate start in the morning, at the same time, in the early minutes of our Commerce test. I really needed to take a dump. I couldn't hold it in so I had no choice but to ask for a quick permission. I walked a long way to the cleanest toilet there which is approximately a 5-minute journey. First, I hesitated and went into the nearest toilet which is near the gymnasium, but the door locks were damaged. Like, even though you slide the locks, you still can open it. I couldn't possibly take a dump while the door is hanging loose, right? Thank goodness I got to the teacher's toilet in time. I speed walked my way through and ran a few metres, but who's counting. I don't know if students like me are allowed to enter or not. I don't care. When I have to go, it means I have to go. I wouldn't want to shit myself in front of everyone.

Anyway, Commerce was alright! Although I didn't revise much, I pretty much used common sense. As for the calculations, I may have read through last night, but only three to four questions and just memorize which one goes which. I forgot to bring my calculator. Thanks to Sahrul, I was able to do most of the complicated calculations. I hope all of us did good! Honestly, it is an easy paper and I'm confident that I'll pass.

Oh yes! I wonder what's up with one of the teachers there? I'll not mention any names, but she is the one who seem to have PMS everyday. Getting angry for no reason. She didn't even reply my greet! She shooed Ashif away. I met up with her because I wanted to ask for an early dismissal. I told her that I was going to walk and she didn't believe me. She's got issues, I tell you. Whatever then. My morning turned out to be bad.

I'm home now. I had my lunch in school already. Now to think of something to do other than to procrastinate the whole day through. Well, have a good Friday ahead, guys!

Hello again, clown!

Today, I had my Geography and Bahasa Melayu tests. I almost went brain dead when I went through the questions in Geography because I didn't revise enough. You know, in the middle of the paper, I asked one of my friends for the time. He flashed his watch at me and I thougt it was "9:46"! The test finished at 10 and so I scribbled my way through. Apparently, I saw the time wrongly and in fact, I was still an hour early. But I think I included some of the points for volcanic activity. As for Bahasa Melayu, the paper wasn't so bad after all. I did what the teacher taught me for the summary and also, the passage where you need to modernize the old Malay language. I hope I won't disappoint my Malay teacher!

Anyway, the most unexpected thing happened tonight! One of my long lost friend left a message on Facebook and from there, we finally got in touch again! She remembered me as her cheerleader and she as my clown. How long has it been -- 4? 5 years? I was surprised! She's in PTEM now. Also, Ajin's friend. That's how she reached me on Facebook, I guess. Looking forward to another decent conversation!

From Honeystar with love.

Happy birthday to Zai'emah Zaini!
(I still don't remember where to put that apostrophe. It's either in front or behind the letter E, or none at all! Silly me.) The person whom I used to share my laughs with when I was a lonely boy. She was there through my up's and down's. I still remember when I "put on ze hideous make-up and she klint for me". I miss the good old times already! I hope we can catch up sooner or later! As I mentioned on Twitter, have a blissful day ahead. May Allah bless you always with health and prosperity. Love you always even though we don't really see each other anymore. Just know that I'll forever be your honeystar in your beloved warm heart.

And also;

Happy birthday to Pearl Hii!

I didn't get to come to your farewell party or to send you off at the airport. I hope you're doing great there in Taiwan! Have a jolly good day! God bless you always.

At Stranger Tides.

I had a great day with Omar and Ashif today. We watched Pirates of the Carribean: At Stranger Tides and I have to say it was hilarious! I realized that there were less battles and more to comedy. Johnny Depp really has his ways of making people laugh. I admire his role as Captain Jack Sparrow. I was wondering where's Orlando Bloom though. But nonetheless, it's a must-watch movie for all! As I made my way out of the cinema, I was surprised to see Karim and Jabar along with their school friends. It seemed like they were on a school trip or some sort. Dayat was also there. Nice to see you too!

We had McDonald's for dinner. I met up with Myron, Aaron, Steven and the rest of the guys there. Myron had a bruise on his chin because of the fight during one of the nights. He even showed me the video. I could see Fathul and Fikri witnessing it. Even Zim. Lol. Syam walked in unexpectedly. He just got out from tuition. After that, we went to Coffeebean. Surprisingly, I bumped into Dindin and Hazwan.

I had no ride home so I followed Omar's cousin, Dookie. (I still have no idea what his real name is.) Thanks! He wanted a take-away from McDonald's so we went there again. There was this guy who had a green lizard on his right shoulder. I thought it was fake, but believed it was not after seeing it move its head. I wonder why he went out with a darn lizard on him. Anyway, everything's good. Met lots of people today. It was a pleasure to have met you guys!

Settling down.

Thank goodness for an unsecured network that I can "borrow". Whoever you are owning this 'linksys' network; thanks a bunch!

Things are finally settling down. We're temporarily staying over at our grandfather's place now. Mom is thinking of moving to a new place for the safety and comfort for us. Dad is doing fine; Alhamdulillah. She said that she has already gotten an apartment in Bandar. I don't know if I might like the new place. It's just across SOASC and SMJA. My mom said it's just fine for our kind of family to stay there. She even said that we could get an internet connection installed. I hope that things could go on smoothly ever since that unexpected incident in my old home. Well, I'll update more if I have the chance to. Thanks for reading, guys!

To all my friends who have supported me, thank you as well! None can replace this kind of support I've been receiving now.

Glory Manchester United.

Manchester United 2 - 1 Chelsea

It's all over for Chelsea. Manchester United have closed the gap in the title race. Sad to say that it has been derailed. United got lucky in the first couple of minutes when Ji Sung Park's pass bounced off David Luiz's foot and made way for Hernandez to pummel it right into the net to put United in front. The second goal for United was clean. Ashley Cole shouldn't have waited for the ball to reach him. Therefore, Vidic headed it in to make it 2. I thought Frank Lampard's goal could put Chelsea back in the title race. They had such a little hope, but finally the whistle blew for full time and Old Trafford went wild ensuring Manchester United's victory (and not to mention their 19th league win).

It was a tough and thrilling match. Grandpa also stayed up with us to watch the game. Hakiim went to bed early just after the first half. To be honest, I am disappointed in Chelsea's result tonight, but Manchester United deserved to win as they were already 3 points away from Chelsea in the first place. I bid you farewell and wish you a good night's sleep (for United fans, that is). Better luck next time, Blues! I will forever keep the blue flag flying high

So-called king of the house.

*Name removed due to personal reasons* - For years I have been calm with myself. He has done evil things to my mom and my siblings. He treats this house like his own when does nothing but fuck around all day. Who does the laundry? My mom. Who takes out the trash? My mom. Who washes the dishes? My mom. Who buys us food and keeps us sheltered? My beloved mom. Look at yourself, you dumb fuck. You're not even doing anything to keep this family alive and well. All you do is go out and God knows what you're doing, come back like this is some kind of motel and sleep the night through like a pig. You even say that your children are orphans. Think again, shithead. Who made you king of the house, huh? You yourself made your children look like orphans. I am thankful and blessed to have such wonderful brothers and sisters and you say stupid things like that? So what if I'm not your fight. Who gives a shit? If you heard what he said earlier, there's no doubt that he'll be all up in your nerves.

You should've seen me yelling the fuck out of myself. Whenever he raised his voice, I raised mine higher. Yeah. Go and point your finger at me, prod me some more. That kind of shit leads you nowhere. I have the rights to defend my family, not your sorry ass. Seriously, some step-fathers are useless and stupid. Well, I'm glad that's out of my chest. Astaghfirullah.

You know who you are.

Robbery that never was in Gadong.

I couldn't believe what I saw when I opened up an image posted by RA again on Twitter. It shows the local newspaper with yesterday's so-called incident in Gadong.

Bruneian woman allegedly planned the supposed robbery in detail

"Bandar Seri Begawan - The police are understood to be working on a robbery that never was.

The supposed heist took place yesterday in the centre of capital's premier business district in Gadong that sent the police, the ambulance and the security people in a tizzy on a busy afternoon, causing traffic snarls and general excitement.

A woman, who works in a local business concern, was said to have been in possession of more than.. [Click HERE to read more]"

So.. the robbery was set up? She fooled everyone who have appeared to believe this shocking news?

What is she trying to gain? Fame? Man...

Barn Owl. < 3 [Pt 1]

Mu'izzah drew and painted a picture of a barn owl earlier. Here it is:

Now THIS is a work of art. Although it looks like it's not yet finished, it's still beautiful. P/S: This isn't the original colour of the art. I darkened it so its outlines are visible. Hoping for more artworks from my siblings!

Lady robbed outside Ayamku.

I was shocked to hear the news when my friend, Yusree, retweeted Rano's tweet (above) regarding a lady worker who got mugged just outside of Ayamku in Gadong which happened around 3 PM this afternoon - and in broad daylight too! What more to say about rumours mentioning the victim's death. One of my friends said that the robber got away with 20k worth of money! Lucky bastard. Honestly, that lady should've brought along at least two of her workers along with her, or this would've never happened. That robber wouldn't have set his eyes on her and gone in for the kill -- or should I say, "steal". He's going to hell, for sure. Lol. You can check out the official Ranoadidas website for more information.

All sorts of things have happened to Brunei already. Smugglers, murder cases, fire etc. What is wrong with the bad people in this country..

You heard the man.

Apa-apa ani, mesti chill~

Double the fun!

Had an exciting day in school today. I got acquainted with some of Ashif's friends there. Luckily there was a guitar and playing cards to help me get acquainted. I wanted to play futsal, but I didn't want to get sweaty. Lol. I guess the next step is to wait for my first debut in either the "canteen" or the "arena". (As mentioned by Sharin) :P

I was in the middle of working out today when suddenly Fikri texted me up. He told me that he's in Gadong with Nieza and also about the new arrival of the "golden" Timberland shoes. I've wanted that golden pair for since the day I bought the pair of dark browns! Nieza came over a couple of minutes later to fetch me - Fathul was there too! Okay. So about the pair of Timbaland: It cost around $150 so Fikri and I split 50/50. [Buy 1, free 1.] Yes, we bought the same colour because I remember us making a promise to buy that pair of shoes together some time back. After buying the shoes, we went shopping in Jaya Hypermart. I bought myself a new pair of gray jeans, a Stewie boxer shorts and a new pair of football stockings while Fikri bought a new pair of black jeans. Only spent below $30 only for those items. Good stuff! Eventually, Malai tagged along from there.

Since today's Tuesday, we went to Pizza Hut for its Double Tuesday! One pan of Honey Garlic Chicken and another pan of Tuna Delight. I didn't eat any of the HGC because I was craving for tuna. Four slices were already enough to fill this stomach of mine. Besides, I've eaten two slices in Nieza's car. Another dinner filled with laughter; especially from Nieza and Malai. They were talking about the Hantu Kak Limah movie and laughed out uncontrollably as if nobody was there to see them! But I don't think nobody cared anyways. Thanks for the outing, guys! Made my day/night.

Osama bin Laden is dead?

U.S. President Barack Obama has announced on Sunday night that the world's most dangerous and notorious terrorist was killed in Pakistan as the result of the U.S. military operation. It's kind of hard to believe it though. There are no proofs for Osama's death. An article on LA Times said:

A small team of Americans killed bin Laden in a firefight Sunday at a compound in Pakistan, the president said, and took custody of his remains. American officials said they were being handled in accordance with Islamic tradition.

Officials also said they believe the death puts al-Qaida on a path of decline that will be difficult to reverse, but there was no word on the whereabouts of bin Laden's second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahri.

Arsenal 1 - 0 Manchester United

So.. Manchester United lost against Arsenal tonight with a scoreline of 1 - 0. I bet Frank Lampard and John Terry smiled away after the full time result. I could see that Arsenal was in total control of the game from the very start. I still can't believe how they managed to just push themselves through United's defense so many times. Plus, the referee was being a twat for intercepting and blocking Arsenal's passes and runners. Anyway, Arsenal was obviously the better team last night and has now done Chelsea a favour. Three mere points away from Manchester United. They just have to win their next match next weekend against 'em!

I'm having a headache now, but I just had to force myself and blog about last night's game. I am way past my bedtime and I've to start sleeping early in order to wake up fresh in the morning. Seriously.

Lovely training session!

What a lovely training session today! The warm-ups were swell and the mini match was fantastic! It was good to see Vuili, Goh Qi Hao, Hamdi, Ruzaini, his little brother and Faiz there. Ashif also turned up despite his mom's restriction. The surprise was actually five balls which Ajin bought for the team so for those haven't paid for 'em, please pay $3 to the treasurer, Waie Saiful, or Omar. I believe we played very well today. Good control and teamwork. Hoping for the next training!

Chelsea 2 - 1 Tottenham

Chelsea 2 – 1 Tottenham Hotspur

I'm sleeping over at Omar's now with companions, Akin and Omar's cousin, "Dookie". We've just finished watching Chelsea's match against Tottenham.

It was a nerve-racking match between both strong teams. Both teams did great full time, but Tottenham with only a couple of chances. First blood goes to Tottenham's Sandro who blasted a powerful shot which passed through Petr Cech who had less chance to push the ball away. Frank Lampard scored just before the end of the first half and it was quite controversial, but the officials declared it was a goal and had given hope to the Blues to dominate in the second half once again. Didier Drogba's thunder shots from yards away were brilliant as well! It was close to the end of the game and I was hoping for an equaliser from Chelsea and surprisingly, I got it! Super sub Salomon Kalou knocked it in with a hard-to-tell offside and seals the win for Chelsea who is now three points behind Manchester United.

Now, we await for Arsenal's match against Manchester United tomorrow morning. Hope Arsenal can do us a favour. Good night!
