Saturday night #1 Karaoke night.

Last night, I went to the ICC Consumer Fair with Afiq, Fathul, Memet, Hakim, Geez and Acoi. Before entering the fair, I wasn't feeling very well. I had a massive and puked twice on the way. I'd like to thank Afiq for the bottle of water. You know, I had to wear a mask because I'm still ill and to prevent the spread of my disease. It seemed like I was the only one wearing a mask there. A lot of people were giving faces. I even noticed some of the youngsters imitating me wearing a mask. "Mask man"? Give me a break, guys. I'm doing it for the greater good. I know I was supposed to stay at home but I just couldn't miss the fair.

Memet and I bought tickets to enter the Winter Wonderland. I thought the 'wonderland' was big and had more rooms connected but it turned out to be a normal room for kids; you can consider it as a mini snowy playground.

After that, we went to Mamih, Sg Hanching to relax for a bit. Thank goodness my headache got better. A few minutes later, Afiq sent me home and picked me up eventually to go to Memet's because he's having a karaoke going on. It's been going on for 3 hours and finally it's over. The last song sung was Aladin by SPIDER(Thank you for the correction, Memet). I'm tired and my eyes are shutting. I need an awful lot of rest. I think that's about yesterday.

Don't sail away.

"This medicine may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or use machinery."

I was given 3 medicines. The warning mentioned above is for the Actifed Tablet while the other two are Cap Amoxycillin and Paracetamol. I used to toss and turn in my sleep but not until I took my meds. After taking them, I felt.. relaxed and began to feel drowsy. In fact, it felt so comfortable as soon as I dozed off to bed with the fan in the first speed on spin mode. I did some tossing and turning but it all became comfortable in the end.

My dad said, "Make a habit of drinking warm water everyday. Drink water (room temperature) when you wake up early in the morning before you brush your teeth. That's your antibody for the day." Thank you for the advice.

Some things that the brain cannot handle.

I got this e-mail from my dad. Try it out! :D

This is hysterical. You have to try this. It is absolutely true. I guess there are some things that the brain cannot handle.

HOW SMART IS YOUR RIGHT FOOT?

You have to try this please, it takes 2 seconds. I could not believe this! It is from an orthopedic surgeon. This will confuse your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see it if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It is pre-programmed in your brain!

1. While sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.

I told you so! And there's nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so.

You know, I kept on doing this and I just can't seem to do it! I felt like a retard but this is unbelievably true!

Recommended to stay indoors.

My step-dad got affected by H1N1! A positive result too! I didn't go to school this morning because my mom brought Hakiim and I to the clinic. The first clinic we headed was Sungai Hanching's Clinic. We headed inside and the receptionist asked where we were from. My mom said that we're from Lambak. She said that she couldn't help but to point us the direction to the other clinic which was the Berakas 'B' Clinic -- it was just behind the clinic itself so we walked there. I saw Aiman there with his dad. I guess he was going for a check-up as well. When we asked the receptionist there, she asked us to go to Anggerek Desa's Clinic. My mom rolled her eyes at me as she opened the door because we had to visit another clinic.. again. Third time is the lucky charm, right? We were in the right place after all. Thank goodness for that! You know, the doctor said something funny. He said,"Your adik pandai makan bijis?" I paused for a moment and said yes. :)

Hakiim is a high-risk patient and he has developed four of the symptoms. (Runny nose, cough, sore throat & fever). That's not a pretty sign. My mom said she's slowly getting it too! We were given 4/5 days off. Man, being quarantined at home feels like being locked up in jail but with the joy. Fun? Not for me. I want to go to school on Saturday! Well, we'll see how it goes..

Tennis eases my mind?

I'm ill and it's getting worse! I've been coughing out some nasty yellow bile lately and I sure hope I'm fit enough to play for Saturday's match. My mom was supposed to bring me to the hospital tonight along with Malik and Hakiim but she's been very busy today. She even had to go to a function tonight! What a bummer!

Oh yes. Are any of you a fan of tennis? Because earlier in the afternoon today, I went into my living room to check on my little sisters. The sports channel was on and it was a live game between R. Federer and N. Davydenko. I didn't know who won though but.. weirdly enough, I sat down like a good boy and watched the game for a few minutes. Seeing the tennis ball getting hit back and forth eased my mind for some reason. I'm not saying that I have interest in tennis or anything but I don't mind learning how to play it. :) Someone from the crowd even shouted,"Come on, Davy! You're a machine!" Hahaha.

Farewell, Tashter.

Miss Tasha.. you're leaving? So soon? Although I don't take history and never get taught by you, I just want to bid you farewell and may your journey be filled with joy and happiness, leaving the school with a smiling face. I don't have much to say though but I know most of the students that you taught do. Here's one from Facebook:

"Dear Miss Tasha Tang, you're one of the best teacher we've had. Your words of wisdom inspired us through out the years, and that we shall always remember. Thru ups and downs we climbed up the hills, you held our hands and led the way. And yes, you're the reason we like History. You're the reason of the excitement for coming to school. We wish you best and we'll always love you ♥"

-Natt Hisamoto.

Enough said. :)

Fun on the futsal field.

Around 8 earlier, Afiq picked me up from home and we played futsal with Fathul and the guys.It has been two days of non-stop football. Thank God there's no more soccer playing until Saturday or I'll seriously suffer an injury. I really need to rest my right ankle 'cause it's starting to hurt bad. I hope I don't limp in school. That'd be awful. :/

Man of the match? Right. Aziz Hanafi because he tried to do a bicycle kick on a futsal field! Both Fikri and Aqel dropped their mobile phones and in the late game, many players collided. There were even 4 goalkeepers in one side of the team! 'Til next time, guys! I had a great time!

When life hands you lemons, you can either choose to have a sour attitude or you can make lemonade.

I've just finished watching Love Happens starring Aaron Eckhart and Jeniffer Aniston. I've been keeping this video file for weeks now and totally forgot to watch it as soon as it finished downloading. The story is about a guy named Burke Ryan (Aaron Eckhart), a successful Ph.D. and author of a self-help book that gives advice about dealing with the loss of a loved one who wrote a book after his wife dies in a car accident as a way to deal with the grief. He soon met with a woman who works as a florist named Elouise (Jennifer Aniston). In the end, he confesses to an audience that he was driving the car, and not his wife, as he previously maintained. Due to this, he blames himself for her death. (This is the part where I cried) 0:)

Anyways, I'm checking out the piano version of Owl City's Fireflies in YouTube now and it sounds real good! Check it out here: Fireflies - Owl City (Piano Cover by Iwillbot)

I almost forgot to blog about this. In the 8th period today, I received a gift from Nurul which was placed under my desk.

It was chocolate crisps completely filled with frosty chocolate icings. It tasted very sweet. Thank you! I guess this was your way of saying, "It's okay.", huh? :)

Monday, January 25, 2010

Well played.

I just got back from playing soccer against Hazwan's dad's co-workers at Menglait field. Fathul picked me up from home. Zul couldn't make it. I guess he was busy with school works or something. Unfortunately, we lost. I think the scoreline was 7 - 3? Also, the field is in good shape. There were no holes or or sandy plains. Our goalkeeper for the first half was Bahrin and Aziz for the second half who was eventually replaced by Hakim. Who is the man of the match? Wadud . Do you have another person in mind? :) I still can't forget the counter-attack made by Afiq and I. Too bad I injured my right foot when I wanted to pass the ball to Afiq during the second half because I took a wrong step. Well, I hope it gets better tomorrow. I think I'm going to go to bed early tonight. I'm beat!

Please don't.

Hello, readers! Just a little update on my music-making. I've just recently made a new track called "Don't Lose Your Smile" from the new album, "Pleasant Days".

Saturday, January 23, 2010

You're not to blame.

The first day of CCA was alright. I'm in the music club and Cikgu Wan is in-charge and Mr. Jonathan as the assistant. We haven't started out activity yet though. It was just explanations on the history of music and elections for the heads of the club. Guess what? I was elected as the president for the club and Munibah as the vice president. I forgot the names of other two nominees. Starting next week, we'll start our activity. Cikgu Wan is going to provide recorders for each and every one of us on that day and pay him approximately about $1.50 each? And for those who has guitars/flutes or anything that can be hand-carried at home, kindly bring 'em next week.

Amin wasn't in school today due to.. I don't know -- emotional problems? Or maybe he's sick. If you are, get well soon! It has been a shitty but yet an enjoyable day although I was elected the president of the music club but let's put that aside, alright? Should I say that a shitty day has turned into an enjoyable day for me? Man, I didn't think that it would turn out this way for me. You, stand up and speak up if you feel like to. I'm still sick and don't even try to make it worse by making my blood boil.

"Immortality is the miracle, we are blessed."

Zul picked me up from home right after Friday prayer. Now, I just got back from The Mall, Gadong celebrating Mizah's birthday at Swensens. I ordered Caramel and Sourdough 49ers Chicken. The burgers weren't so bad. They even had X's and O's on 'em!

After that, Zul's mom bought tickets for some of us to watch the awesome brutal movie, Daybreakers. The others bought the tickets themselves. You know who you are. It's about vampires who were going to lose their species and turn into poor horrible creatures called 'sub-siders'.

I think it has got something to do with them being locked in below the subway. So in order to survive, they have to drink blood extracted from live humans which are kept in a big laboratory to keep them from turning into one and go crazy. Once they do, they'll maintain their appearance as humans -- less vampire-like. But it's weird how the vampires actually turn into human just by drinking treated blood. (Blood from which a vampire turned into a human.) Well, I shall not go further for I will ruin the whole movie for you readers. I'll give the movie an 8/10. The other remaining 2 is for the cut-scenes. Damn. They just had to exclude the best parts! Just as it soon things were getting interesting, it suddenly skipped into another scene. :( I'm going to buy the DVD soon and watch the WHOLE movie once again. I'm going to bed now. We're finally starting our CCA tomorrow. Good night, readers!

By the way, did you know that the movie, Legion got banned in Brunei? I heard they showed something that has to do with.. angels or some sort. I don't know. BORING!

I saw an angel. Of that I'm sure.

Happy birthday.

Happy 16th Birthday Nurhamizah Hamzah!

I still haven't forgot your McDonald's deal. Will buy 'em for you soon! Have a wonderful birthday and may Allah bless you. Study real hard and don't be a lazy bum!

My artwork.

This was during the last art lesson which was.. on Tuesday?

Did this one today. :)

Party balloons anyone?

We held a surprise birthday party for Belle earlier and it was awesome! Two cakes, lots of friends and happy faces. What could possibly ruin this moment? I hope she enjoyed it as much as we did! The thing is, I didn't get a slice of the fruit cake. Only the one that Kirah bought. Tayib, I only have two of your pictures with Belle. Both are adorable. Seriously. :) I had pictures of Belle alone but her eyes in the pictures were all closed! Hahaha. POSE PROPERLY NEXT TIME!
We had to end the party early because a group of councilors told us to. What a bummer!

That looks so scrumptious! I'll eat you up next time..

Oh yes. During the second last period today, Azrin, Qi Hao, Vuili and I went down to finish up the cake but unfortunately, we got busted by Mrs. Yee. We thought we went down unnoticed but lucky for them, they installed security cameras in the canteen! I told her it was my birthday and that we were allowed to eat during Art period. HAHAHA!

Anyways, Math remedial class was more fun this time because five of the students came in late and locked outside. She said that they were entertainers. She even said that next remedial class, she'll let them do a Hawaiian dance -- with grass skirts! I am so looking forward to that! Her first opinion was pole-dancing but there were no poles. It would be one hell of a show to watch GUYS do pole-dancing! HAHAHA! We played soccer after that.

We teamed up with SAS F.C. to play against SOASC Mixed team. Victory was ours and the scoreline was 8 - 6. It was very well played and we're looking forward to another match with them. A proper team of theirs this time -- not mixed or raided by escapists from school. 0:)

So many birthdays.

Happy 15th Birthday to Belle Rahman!
&
Happy 14th Birthday to Syahirah Aziz!

Happy 19th Birthday to Didi Napiah!

Enjoy your birthdays today as much as you possibly can, guys! May Allah bless you and may good things come your way.

Everything.

You're a falling star, you're the get away car.
You're the line in the sand when I go too far.
You're the swimming pool, on an August day.
And you're the perfect thing to say.

And you play it coy but it's kinda cute.
Ah, when you smile at me you know exactly what you do.
Baby don't pretend that you don't know it's true.
'cause you can see it when I look at you.

And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times
It's you, it's you, you make me sing.
You're every line, you're every word, you're everything.

You're a carousel, you're a wishing well,
And you light me up, when you ring my bell.
You're a mystery, you're from outer space,
You're every minute of my everyday.

And I can't believe, uh that I'm your man,
And I get to kiss you baby just because I can.
Whatever comes our way, ah we'll see it through,
And you know that's what our love can do.

Old song but yet simply amazing. Guess what? I miss feeding my fishes in Happy Aquarium. I miss cleaning peoples' aquariums in Happy Aquarium. I even miss my squids in Happy Aquarium! Ahh, it's good to have the ol' internet back.

One word; love.

And it's there.

THANK GOODNESS THE INTERNET IS WORKING AGAIN! I waited for 3 long days! There's a whole lots of things I've got to do now that the internet is working again! :D

By the way, I'm ill. I already had my rest when I got back from school earlier. I hope it doesn't get worse or I'll miss school! Also, I'm getting used to Mathematics and Geography classes now. 0:)

Happy 19th Birthday to Rifdi Yussof!

Enjoy your birthday today, my man! Life is short, play hard! May Allah bless you on every good things that you are doing.

I feel like taking off.

Hello. Thank goodness it stopped raining in the afternoon earlier or we would have only a few players on the field or even canceled the match! The friendly match against Knights FC today was great! Tayib and Brian did a good job on the goalkeeping position. Even our very own defender, Sahrul scored a lucky goal. The scoreline was 20 - 4. I know right. I only scored one goal but instead of using my head, I slammed it in using my body. == My brothers couldn't make it because my mom didn't want to drop them off there. I miss having a driver already.

The match ended around 5 o'clock and I was picked up from the field by Zul. After that, we headed to Kiulap and checked out some of the sport stores there. I surveyed the soccer boots there and Anelka's yellow Puma boots caught my eye. (I got that down on my wish-list already). A few minutes later, we had dinner at Aneka Rasa. You know, I ordered a bowl of mushroom soup and also garlic breads were given. That $4.00 meal looked like a $2.00 meal. I thought they were going to serve at least 5 or more garlic breads but as a matter of fact, I only got two. I shared food with Zul and Fadhli because their orders are much more.. how you say, quantitative than mine. After dinner, we went to Chong Hock's Music Store while Zul's parents went home.

I so need to go to school tomorrow. Azrin has something important to tell me.

Start over new.

Saturday, January 16, 2010

Oh shnit.

The internet is finally working! I waited patiently for a day for it to work again. In fact, it did! My dad was also complaining about Brunei's internet connection. Anyways, Amalina, Azrin, Omar and Amin are over at my place now. Sahrul just went home. I hope that commerce research helped! Azrin brought his X-Box 360 and we played Left 4 Dead 2! Haven't heard from that game since then! I played it and it's very enjoyable! That is why Malik is going to give his X-box 360 which suffered RRoD a few years back to my mom tomorrow to let her bring it to the game store to fix it. We even played Winning Eleven 2010. Before Sahrul went home, I played 2 matches with him and the score is even. I won the first match and he won the second. We will decide who will be the winner. 'Til next time!

Tomorrow, we'll be facing off Knights FC at Padang Pusar Ulak around the usual time. I hope everything goes according to plan and not canceled.

I have no plans for tonight. Do you have any?

Make plans and expect to stick to them. You can accomplish anything right now.

Thursday, January 14, 2010

You're everything.

You know, I'm starting to enjoy Math class! HEHEHE! Anyway, I just got back from a soccer match and we won! It was raining heavily but we still played and the scoreline was 5 - 4! We were one step closer to defeat but Brian's goalkeeping skills saved us from it. It was well played and it was indeed a great comeback from the team although the play was sloppy due to the puddles on the field. Azrin's free-kick was super!

Check out the blog. :)

Whatever comes out way, I will see it through.

Across the border.

I've finished downloading the movie "Love Happens". I'll watch it tomorrow! I've also done my Commerce research work about the recent developers of containerization and other facts like the high-tech facilities, advantages and disadvantages etc. I tried to cram 'em all up in 2 pages or less but I ended up using only 4 pages total! I even finished my Math homework on Rotation earlier this afternoon. My papers were wet. Yusree said that it's going to be alright and the water won't enter your bag. It's not like the zip is opened or anything, right? YEAH RIGHT! I GOT MY PAPERS WET, YUS! :( Note to self: Do not stand under the rain and imagine yourself as an awesome umbrella 'cause it's not going to happen buddy!

No worries. I dried them all up using my sister's hairdryer. Anyways, I just got back walking from the convenient store nearby to buy me and my brother drink. Well, I wouldn't say it's near because.. I walked. If we were to go there by car, it wouldn't be that far.

Some things are meant to go.. yeah, down.

Something big happened in school today after recess! Someone was shouting in F5S2 and I thought it was a teacher. I peered over near our staircase and it was Brian Lee! He got so pissed off that he popped Qi Hao right in the face! Qi Hao told me all about it. Even before and after he got knocked out. His left eye looked really swollen! I'm not going to write down what happened though 'cause I thought it should be kept confidential -- but words are going 'round anyway. Luckily, our principal was just around the other side of the class or something worse could have happened. Anyway, Azrin brought his deflated ball today for each of the Cobras to sign on it. Will take a snapshot of it. :)

By the way, I've uploaded the original pictures of the Dominoes. It's right below there! Just click to enlarge! Thank you, Muhyi! :) & Thanks to Waie for the correction.

Maybe I'm not dreaming.

When I go down, I go down hard.

We didn't have PE today because there weren't any teachers in-charge so instead me and the rest of the guys took a stroll around the school. We don't even know who our PE teacher is. I'm guessing it's still Mr. Richard. I don't know. Oh yes! During recess, the 13 of us went straight to the hall to take a group Dominoes photo because we're done with it -- R.I.P Dominoes. HAHAHA! 0:)

First take.

Second take.

I'm feeling rather lazy today -- started right after recess when we had our double periods of English. The teacher gave us two choices: Explain any term as long as it is associated with New year and "If I had a lot of money, I would..." I did the first choice and just jolted down whatever that came to mind. I also realized that my handwriting was messy but I didn't care anyways. Malik is playing soccer now at Pusar Ulak field against SOAS. I wanted to come with but I have no transport. Oh, whatever.

Wake up! You're on the right track!

I just woke up from my one hour sleep -- It's not enough! I guess I'll just have to wait for 8 o'clock then. The reason why I did not have enough sleep is because I spent my time watching videos in YouTube with Amin last night. He was watching his "el nino's" videos so yeah, I had to watch it with him too. Yeah, you know The Kob's new number 9. Pfft. 0:) Not until I showed him some of Chelsea's players' goals. Hey, he was my only late-night buddy. Plus, Afiq told me to make myself at home. I did. Afiq wasn't around. He was out watching Manchester United's game with his friend. When he got back around 4, we stayed up until 5 and then we dozed off to sleep. But I'm still wondering why I didn't feel sleepy at all while playing futsal earlier this morning. Figures.

Futsal at Harun's Gym was hell lot of fun! I've never felt this kind of.. energy to play before. Maybe it's because of the Redbull. I don't know. Read the BLOG. Luckily I finished my BM homework and creating the A4 paper signs for tomorrow. Don't forget about the group photo, guys!

Happy birthday.

Happy 15th Birthday to Fadli Zaini!
May Allah bless you.

Thanks to Brian for the correction!

A day out with dad.

Right after Friday prayer, my mom sent me to my aunt's place where my dad will be picking us up. We went to Yayasan, Bandar and checked out Paul & Elizabeth's book store. The books we tried to find weren't all there so we decided to try Bismi. Thank goodness we got what we've been trying to find there. I finally got my art block, oil pastels and my required stationery. And then we ate at the Airport Cafeteria. It has been a long time since I've eaten there. I think the last time I went there was.. 2? 3 years ago? I don't remember. It feels great to get in touch with my dad again. We had our jokes and laughs. What could possibly ruin a father and son moment together? I miss you already.

Dominoes? WHOA!

Dominoes.

HAHAHAHAHA! GOTTA PUSH 'EM ALL!
Dedicated to the most SPECIAL person in the whole wide world!

I learned something new in school today. I finally understand the math topic: Translations. I can feel that things are going to get much better this year! I have to hand in my student particulars form on Saturday. I haven't even made a photocopy of my I/C yet! But no worries. I'm going out with my dad tomorrow after Friday prayer. I seriously need to get my school requirements pronto!

Wednesday, January 06, 2010

Must be the money.

Ashif picked me and Hakiim up from home and together we went to Padang Pusar Ulak to play a friendly match against SAS FC. When we arrived at the field, they were having a short match with some guys from SOAS. We teamed up with Courage FC and I have to say, they're not so bad. Just nervous, that's all. Time was up and SAS FC won. I think the scoreline was 5 - 1. I'm not sure. They're having a match again this upcoming Monday against the juniors.

After the match was finished, it was Courage FC + Cobra FC against SAS FC. I forgot the scores though but all I know is that we won. I even tried being the goalkeeper in the end for a while and I have to say, it's not that bad! Wearing those gloves makes you feel.. protected but it's not when the ball flies towards you. Now, we just got back home. Amin's dad sent us. Thank you! And this Saturday, we're having a futsal match against Miss Tasha's friend's team and it's going to be held at Harun's Gym.

For all my pals who live in the oceans and the seas.

I want to welcome my cousin, Tayib home from the UK. Anyways, I received two gifts in school today. A t-shirt from Jimbob and an Owl City's Ocean Eyes original album from Kirah and Belle that they purchased in KK! Thank you so much! These made me smile! Unfortunately, my smile turned upside down because I was called to the deputy principal's office regarding my hair.. again. He said that if I don't get my haircut by today, he's going to call my mom down to school and I seriously don't want that to happen! During art period today, I learned how to do rough sketches. I drew a face of a Toyol! HAHAHA! I forgot to take a picture of it. I'll upload it next time. :)

OCEAN EYES!

Ripcurl. I still haven't opened the sticker though.

I'm going to get my haircut today. Now, I'm waiting for Afiq's confirmation. I wish my driver was back in Brunei. I guess I'll have to stay back in school for tomorrow's match. We'll be teaming up with Courage FC and will be going against SAS FC. :)

Trust me on this one.

First day of school.

Hello! How was your first day of school? You know, the first thing I did when I got up from bed this morning was checking Chelsea's final score against Watford on LiveScore and amazingly, the score was 5 - 0! I was very surprised! I already knew that it's going to be a good day. Since my driver is not around, my mom asked this.. lady to send us to school. I don't really know who she is though. A friend of hers, maybe? She was asking which road to school did our driver usually use. Do I trust her? Well, as long as we reach school safe and sound. When we reached the school grounds, I had to meet my dad who was already waiting for half an hour there. He gave us our daily school money and talked about our lack of school things. We didn't even study today but it's best to be well-prepared, right?

Yes. There were still familiar faces when I stepped in the school. The school's canteen also changed. They just removed the walls and renovated a proper stall for the Malays. I walked with Ashif and Amalina along the way. Our class teacher is Cikgu Wan Roslan. I thought he was the fierce hot-tempered teacher around but I was wrong. He plays it cool throughout the whole day. That's a good start! We got our timetable, temporary seating arrangements, duty roster and elections. Waie Saipol is our class monitor! Hahaha. All the best with the job! The whole class is counting on you. Ahh. It feels great to get in touch again with all the people that I haven't met or seen during last year's holidays.

To Nurul: I totally forgot to spend time with you during recess today! I'm sorry. Next time, okay? Maybe tomorrow. :)

Sunday, January 03, 2010

Blue is the color. Football is the game.

It's Chelsea against Watford and the score is 2 - 0! D. Sturridge scored in the 5th minute and an own goal by J. Eustace. Amazing! Keep it up, blues! I may not be watching the game to support my own team tonight because I have school to go tomorrow. All the best to both teams!

Home sweet home.

I just got back home. Zul sent me. As soon as I stepped into the house, I felt like as if I wasn't welcomed at all. I yelled a few hellos from downstairs and eventually, only my brother peered over. He said the others weren't home yet because they went to the airport to pick the step-father up. He just got back from KK by the way. When I switched on the lights in my room, I saw this blue cloth on my bed. I was wondering what it was at first. It turned out to be a Chelsea home jersey and a note. It was from Amin and his dad! There was a surprise waiting for me after all!

Thank you so much for the jersey! I've been wanting this since last year. And also, someone left a painting that says "Underwater Lullaby ♥". I'm guessing it was Muizzah. Thank you! It's really cute.

I guess it's back to school for all of us. A new day awaits to be written in the record of 2010!

Congratulations!

I didn't know my uncle just got married today. Glad my auntie tweeted about this. Or else, I wouldn't know when! Thank you.

Congratulations to the newly weds!

BFF? :p

WOWZERS!

My start.

Another normal day today. I ate at Faize Restaurant, Serusop with Zul and his family. After that, I accompanied him to get his haircut at Magstar Saloon which is just a few blocks away from the restaurant. Then off to Hua Ho, Manggis to meet up with the family. We ate again at Dairy Queen and eventually, SCR.. again. It was my first time trying Red Bull with milk. It still tasted the same. Now I'm still at Zul's. I'm going back home tomorrow since tomorrow's the last day before school starts.

Av-a-tar!

I just got back from Seri Qlap watching Avatar with Zul and his family. It was action-packed and full of wonderful adventures into the deep forest of Pandora. There were odd-looking cool creatures and the way they communicate with them are so unbelievable! The horses have six legs and it looked like a Pegasus, giant birds which looked like dragons are called "ikran" and you have to be a hunter to officially ride it, the rhinoceros looked like hammerheads and other awesome creatures I am tired to describe! The human race have such modern technologies too! Like the self-controlled robot that follows your movement while in it. It's just fantastic! The best movie I've seen so far this year. I still want to watch Sherlock Holmes. Soon, maybe? Is there any movie can outplace Avatar for me this year? :)

Happy new year.

Time to start on a fresh new page for the year, 2010! I know this year's celebration isn't like lively but I thank Allah for letting us proceed with life this far. Rule #32: Enjoy the little things.

Yesterday, I dined out at Mynest Cafe with Zul's family. Although what I ate was only chicken and rice, it was good. Thank you. Right after that, we went to Anwar's to accompany him since he has only a few guests to come over. Zul was outside with the guys and I was inside with Sahrul watching movies. We watched High School Musical 3, the ending fighting scene from John Rambo, a little bit of The Dark Knight and lastly, a quarter of Resident Evil: Extinction. We were having a movie marathon! As the clock struck 12, there weren't any big surprises or anything. It was just a simple night like any other. It is also Anwar's nineteenth birthday today!

Happy 19th Birthday Khairul Anwar!
Born on the first day of the year. Be good and may Allah bless you. Take good care of yourself and your family.

Afiq, I'm sorry I couldn't make it your place to celebrate new year's with you. And to the Brothers: Have a happy new year and do fill this year with happiness, joy and successes!
